Dinner started with two similar passions coming from two vital angles of feeding and serving people. One being intentional and genuinely delightful hospitality; the other being a thoughtful, artistic, yet simple play on food. Both perspectives focusing on carefully grown local ingredients.

Juanita and Paige have a common goal to make an impact on Waco's dining practices in a meaningful way through executing beautiful dinners. These dinners are intended to be an organically educational experience- they're not super in your face; and the menu, theme, and table setting come together in a simple and seamless way because it's born from a place of pure and sincere motivations- a reflection of whatever is stirring in our minds. It’s honest. We hope the food and experience will speak for itself and leave a lasting impression on you.
