Little Bexar Farm
Little Bexar Farm, nestled in the heart of China Spring, Texas, is more than just a market garden and orchard—it’s a testament to the Emadi family’s dedication to sustainable farming and community support. Since 2017, Brian Emadi, alongside his wife and three young sons, has lovingly tended to the land, transforming it into a thriving hub of fresh produce and wholesome goodness.
Spanning three-quarters of an acre, Little Bexar Farm boasts a diverse array of fruits and vegetables, but it’s their devotion to cultivating citrus, figs, blackberries, blueberries, persimmons, jujubes, and pears that truly sets them apart. With meticulous care and a passion for quality, the Emadis ensure that each harvest is brimming with flavor and nutrition.
Their commitment to sustainable practices extends beyond the farm gates. Little Bexar Farm proudly participates in the local community, selling their bounty at the Waco Farmers Market, supplying fresh ingredients to nearby restaurants, stocking shelves at Jubilee grocery store, and generously donating to organizations like Caritas.
At Little Bexar Farm, it’s not just about growing food—it’s about cultivating connections, nourishing bodies, and sowing the seeds of a healthier, happier community, one harvest at a time.
